This means we only produce what's actually purchased, avoiding the waste of mass production and helping us operate more sustainably. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However ....

Exceptions

If you are sent the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We'll be happy to send a replacement!
